Spell Breaker at 16 Divine Favor lasts for 18 seconds, and Blessed Aura at 16 is 37%. Coupled with a 20% encchanting mod, that would be a 28 second spell breaker if I'm not mistaken.

I'm pretty sure it's 30 (at 16 DF): 18*1.2*1.37=29.6 (round up).

Casually verified comparing this spell's recharge under SQ to its duration (I'll stopwatch it later, maybe).

BTW I love this skill especially since mesmers don't have any non-targeted disenchants.

Keure, I believe you are correct. Although I was not able to test this skill with max Divine Favor, I tested it under the following conditions:

15 Divine Favor
Spell Breaker: "For 17 seconds..."
Blessed Aura: "...Monk enchantments you cast last 35% longer..."
PVP Holy Staff of Enchanting (Enchantments last 20% longer)

With the above stated conditions, I timed Spell Breaker to last 28 seconds. So I suppose it's fair enough to say that with 16 Divine Favor, this spell may last a second or two longer :P

Here's a little tip for Mo/Me's:

Mantra of Resolve + Arcane Echo + Spellbreaker = Constant Spell Immunity

something weird i noticed about this skill.
When the undead monks in Fow (dont remember their names, bonds orsomething) use this skill, they stop taking double damage from holy.
i used smite on a bond with SB on, and he took 58 damage, and not 116, which he should have taken.

Smite shouldn't even be done on a target that has Spellbreaker on them.

Smite is classified as an attack, not a spell.

they really need to cut the cost and lessen the recharge time, it has little use in hoh and no use in gvg.

When Gw factions comes out, Spellbreaker and all other elite enchantments are pointless because new skills like signet of disenchantment(mes), order of apostasy(necro) and spirit of disenchantment(ritualist) remove enchanments so easy. Reversal of Fortune might still proved useful. Monks be prepared to change builds for pvp..

Most of the new non-spell enchantment removals are single removal.

If Spellbreaker/ObsidianFlesh/Etc are not on top, then they don't get removed. Keeping spammable enchantments like Guardian on yourself constantly will combat part of the problem.

For anti-enchantment based farming, I don't they could have done better. There're a wide variety of spells and skills they can give to monster groups in sheer numbers in order to counter it. And of course, as usual, enchantment removal isn't the only option. (Anti-55 Monk could be something as simple as Symbiosis).
I bring this up because Anet's vision (though not reality) doesn't seem to include stupid monsters, to the degree of being easily soloable. If the AoE AI reaction change is any indication, we may see the monsters weild a wider variety of skills to handle these.

In any case, many of the better non-targeted multi-removals are Elite (like Order of Apostasy, Dark Apostasy) [Multi in the sense that they can strip off more than one at once, through means such as Dual Shot, dual strikes, Hundred Blades, etc., and in that one cast nets multiple removals generally], and relying on a 25 cost spirit that attacks randomly is a bit ridiculous. In PvP areas where Spellbreaker is useful, with a strong, balanced team, I don't think it'll be that much less useful.

The enchantment hate has gotten stronger in the game, and that's probably for the best, but the amount of skills available that are actually applicable to Spellbreaker and the other spells of its type are actually both minimal, and they have their downsides. (The Order is expensive, elite, and requires you to actually hit the target; Dark is elite, requires hitting the target as well, and causes energy loss when you do remove an enchant; Disenchantment has silly AI, a long recharge, and one of the shorter spirit durations)
