Default Question about skales

Any ideas on how a W/Mo might be able to farm groups of 6-8 Bog Skale Blighters and Ice Tooths?

I don't know why you'd want to but it seems
to me that if you ran a build similar to Ice Imp
farmers you could do it. Maybe modify it slightly
to take into account the Blighters. But they
shouldn't be as big of an issue as the Ice Tooths
right?

Use a Paladin build (yes, I know how cliched this is )

W/Mo

Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Vigorous Spirit
Healing Hands (E)
Healing Breeze
Mending

Use Healing Hands when you're low on health. Blighters will strip your enchantments, so cover up Healing Hands and Mending with Vigorous Spirit and Healing Breeze. Watch out for Putrid Explosion, move away from corpses until they've been exploited.

I solo cleared tears of the fallen recently which is entirely bog skale blighters, ice tooths, and grand drakes with minimal effort using this build.
On a side note i was able to clear all of twin serpent lakes and stingray's strand as well using the axe build.

W/R

watch yourself
dolyak signet
melandrus resilence
healing signet
disrupting chop
power attack
penetrating blow
executioners strike

I can also be changed for swords to something like:

watch yourself
dolyak signet
melandrus resilence
healing signet
sever artery
gash
galthrath slash
final thrust

I personally preferred axe for locking their life syphon skill and deathly swarm.

Spirit of Failure just makes farming them too fustrating for me. I've tried coming up with something to kill them, just out of spite for all the grief they cause me while ettin farming. But all I came up with is that Spirit of Failure definitely makes you miss more than 25% of the time.

So I'm fairly new around here...
When you guys say "solo" do you mean completly by yourself or using henchmen? Cause I haven't really been able to solo anywhere since like lvl 12 or so....

buy dolyak signet and watch yourself, mix those in with gladiator's defense, healing signet, some riposte skills tony, and start experimenting on griffons or hydras lol, tahts how you start getting to solo, ive gotten where i can solo mostly anywhere a 55 monk can ony my warrior just going aroudn and playing with Hundred blades, glad's d, bonetti's, riposte skills, healing signet, dolyak, and watch yourself, maybe add in a skill or 2 from a secondary, like plague touch, armor of earth, grength's balance, obsidian skin, mending, watchful spirit, and you can solo alot more according to the area.

I would have to agree after clearing tears of the fallen loaded with them along with twin serpent lakes and stingray's strand. I do however like to note the tengu in those zones still drop pretty decent but they are a bit of a challenge at times. I have gotten a few superior vigors and absorptions from them and also a few pretty decent bows.
