try mixing green+blue+silver BEFORE puttin on armor (if you didnt know that...) see how that turns out, if thats not right then just try blue+green...

That dye chart is useless when you start getting into mixing 4 different colors. I've used it many times and it's jjust not accurate to how things actually look on your armor. So i've given up with these charts and now I just show pictures and ask people and I always end up saving a ton of money.
