there are two spawn points for brezeekeppers so if he isnt at the one at the front gate he'll be at the one by the fire imps

dude happens to me all the time in fire islands.
went to capture a necro skill from a darke boss with my N/Me, a boss named feverd touch, spawend at the 39th try, all the time it was a warrior boss named manshredder
than I went there with my W/R, all the time fever touch spawned, manshredder spawned at 16th try.
also, migrain on ring of fire, on my 19th try now and no spawn
and 23rd try now for Incendiary Arrows too.
makes me hate GW sometimes

can someone tell me how you get to that 'the area by the fire imps'? Do you get to that area before you get into the front gate?

You have to go past the front gate (not through it, though), past the seemingly unending spiders, past the seemingly unending imps, and then cross several rivers of fire. It's all the way on the NW corner of the mission. The boss with Shield of Deflection also sometimes loads there. It's a real pain to get to with henchmen b/c of the lava...so big a pain that I usually suggest people restart the mission rather than try to get there. You'll save yourself some time.
Note that since the recent update of boss loading probabilities, they might have increased the probability of this boss's load at one of the two locations. I'm sure someone who's capped in the last few days can tell you with more accuracy if this is the case.

i find it funny in this entire post no one said squat about the actual skill. so i will.
The degen is like nothing if you dont have enough illusion. But the 100% longer to cast spells works well. The duration is good. can keep it on one player constantly if it doesnt get removed. Think about it: Cast this on an ele and theyre screwed and a half. Firestorm will be an 8 second cast time.
More importantly, itll make one second cast time skills a LOT easier to interupt.

The firestorm cast time has been halved from 4 to 2. I think it has been done to compensate for the AoE nerf. Still, an ele trying a Meteor Shower or a RESERRUCT spell while with this on is a real suicide (and dumb too). This skill is a real monk killer if he or she doesn't have remove hex. Although a mesmer would probably want to shield this hex with another.
