Well, they don't really need to... it's only like 3-4 secs depending on how much you got in Fast Cast. No one is gonna put the 14 or so points in FC needed to get it to 5 secs. And it was already explained that the 3/4 sec aftercast and the 15 sec recharge add up to the ridiculous duration to make the skill inferior to most regular skills, nevermind the elites, which it clearly does NOT measure up to. That's the bottom line.

Well, even for PvE, there are better ways to stop mob casters. Like Power Block and so on. And not even mobs are spamming casts, they have a short break after each cast.
And this skill also activates way too slowly compared to its duration. 2 seconds of activation render you helpless to any ranger cycling through the list of foes for targets to interrupt.

Yeah the cast time needs to be ALOT faster.
This skill really has absolutely no use in PvP at all tbh. How much energy do monks normally have? 0-20 usually. So whats casting and getting Exhaustion gonna do? You'll never have enough energy for it to matter in the first place. At least casting through Diversion is gonna screw you over completely so you wont.

It started with Arcane Langour and Themis wanted to know an utility about "Signet of Disenchantment".
Signet of Disenchantment
Description: Lose all energy. Target foe loses one enchantment.
Energy Cost: None.
Activation Time: 2 Seconds.
Recharge Time: 15 Seconds.
Linked Attribute: None.
Skill Type: Signet.
Its a Signet so it pass throught Spellbreaker and Obsidian Flesh.

So does the ultimate enchantments killer > Order of Apostasy, and many other skills actually. Assassins have ways to remove Spellbreak, too. I guess it's nice they gave Mesmers one but again, I think this skill won't fit into just about any Mesmer build. You are either gonna be doing a Sig/Holy Wrath Mes, or you're gonna be an adrenal warrior.
