Having one more build would be a very good thing still: I dont understand why we should stop trying to make new builds because some existing builds work well.

However, you point at something very important I think: we should ask what could be the advantage of a 105hp ranger over a 55hp monk. Would such a build be for players who havent trained a monk only or would it be as good, but different. The only way to make something different is to work on the damage dealing part. The barrage idea may be a solution (and actually I'm testing a variant of this build in some parts of fow). But in any case, how could we know if this build is good or not if no one test it (or them)?

Well obviously it didn't work out so well cause you had no bow in the first place to barrage the enemies. If you got down to 55 (without dp) then you must've had the off-hand an weapon, which will hardly benefit the ranger.

LIke i said right now my current build is not better than a 55 necro or monk and is for people who dont have the time/money to make a 55 monk or necro.

Though in the future this build may be better it isnt now

markmenship 12 - 13 doesn't increase you damage by a whole lot
expertise at 8 - 8 to lower barrage down to 3 energy
heal 8 - enough to keep mending at 3 pips

and the rest goes to protection prayer to give as much duration on protective spirit as possible

After having tried the 105hp barrage build (and some variant) I find it very effective in most of the cases but I'm running out of energy when I'm facing only one foe. The zealous strings become way less effective then. Any suggestion?

Bring a different non-zealous bow to switch out for. When facing only one opponent, that or you could perhaps bring a Blessed Sig if you find yourself in need of an energy spike.

Or you could bring storm chaser/dodge as one of your optional skills and out run any singular peeps until you find a bigger mob.
