These 2 skills are not elites. but they are not sold at skill trainers. or atleast in any of the skill trainers i've seen.

Does anyone know why they are not available, or where they are available.

Every profession has skills that aren't elite that need to be captured.

Beat the game --> go to K-center --> buy them --> win

my monk entered factions with every single skill from ch1, and bought EVERY (avaiable skill from the trainers), and she ONLY has those 2 as not unlocked (verified by balthazar faction priest).
CH2 only characters can't buy every skill. (for ex. 'smite' can't be bought in cantha | and no rit skills at all can be bought in tyria)
But for us converts those 2 are the only 2 that can't be bought. (yes every Asn skill can be bought)

no. the skill trainers do not change their offerings after you beat the game.

yeah i've seen them on a few bosses that i can cap them off.. but it still seems odd that only those 2 regular skills are excluded from trainers. it's not like they are overpowered or anything.

once i re-locate the bosses that you can capp them off.. i'll list them here. unless someone beats me to it.

nightmare weapon can be found on the ritualst construct, easiest opportunity is in Morostav Trail, just outside the door from waking waters

Well after I beat the game the last 3-4 rit skills I needed were available from the K-center skills man... so IDK

If you unlock it through pvp faction, you can buy it from any trainer.

Both the above skills are available from the Kurzick skill trainer in Durheim Archives. Presumably they're also available from a Luxon faction outpost, but I couldn't tell you which one.
But rest assured that they are available.
