I definitely understand wanting to change Savage Slash, but what I don't understand is why they left Disrupting Chop as is. Now Disrupting chop is the only attack interrupt skill in the game (that I can remember at least) without a 1/2 second activation time. I do think they went a little too far with Savage Slash also. I think it would have made more sense to either increase the energy cost OR the recharge time, not both. I don't really know what to say about the Power Spike change because I don't have much experience with my mesmer. I just created my mesmer when Factions came out, and I would have to say that I Power Spike pretty much owns. What was the recharge for Power Spike originally BTW?
