This is revamp/tweak of the 'Brutal Bombardier' pre-build, for use in PVE. This is the build I'm running in Factions currently and smoothly completed the game with. As a longtime user of the standard R/Mo barrager I am starting to perfer this build for numerous reasons, most notably the cast time of Brutal Weapon vs Judge's Insight.

Attributes:

Beast Mastery: 4 (3+1)
Expertise: 14 (11+1+2)
Marksmanship: 13 (11+2)
Communing: 8
Restoration: 2

Skill Bar:

Barrage [elite]
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Dual Shot (substitute perfered single target damage skill)
Bestial Fury (Tiger's Fury)
Brutal Weapon
Whirling Defense
Flesh of my Flesh

Armor:

I typically use druids armor on this build, but I have also used explorer's to combat the hp loss of running two major runes. Either works, I alternate.

Weapons:

A longbow for pulling of course, then I would suggest a 5/1 vamp and a zealous bow in your perfered type (I perfer shortbow), fortitude pieces help boost your hp, but shelter can be used as well.
