Default I want change this to an assasin primary...

Kill-a-Caster
Expertise: 14 (10+4)
Dagger Mastery: 12
Deadly Arts: 8

- Shroud of Silence [Elite] (Deadly Arts)
All of your spells are disabled for 15 seconds. For 7 seconds, target touched foe cannot cast Spells.
Energy:10 Cast:0.75 Recharge:30

- Black Mantis Thrust (Dagger Mastery)
If this attack hits, you strike for +18 damage. If target foe is suffering from a Hex, that foe is Crippled for 13 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:10

- Jungle Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +18 damage. If it hits a foe that was Crippled, it does +25 damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:10

- Repeating Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +17 damage. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:0

- Nine Tail Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. Nine Tail Strike cannot be "blocked" or "evaded" and strikes for +35 damage if it hits.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:10

- Lightning Reflexes (Expertise)
For 11 seconds, you have a 75% chance to "evade" melee and projectile attacks, and you attack 33% faster.
Energy:4.4 Cast:0 Recharge:45

- Death's Charge (Shadow Arts)
Shadow Step to target foe. If that foe has more Health than you, you are healed for 40..112.
Energy:5 Cast:0.25 Recharge:45

- Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

Basically just death charge in, pop lightning reflexes and unload your skill chain into them (usually repeat repeating strikes5-7 times). Works wonders on monks and eles, BUT I would like to make it an assasin primary of some sort. For that to work I need to compensate for the lack of expertise; I already tried the whole critical eye route, and it was not QUITE as efficient in this case (due to the length of the combo) The other option is to replace repeating strikes with something else.
