Shield's Up was buffed in a recent patch, and now it's pretty awesome (though it was already fairly interesting before). There's not much to hate about a buff that can't be removed, casts instantly, and gives you and your nearby allies a 50% chance to block arrows AND a 50 AL bonus to piercing damage.
It can be gotten from The Misplaced Sword, given by Yort the Bronze in Hero's Audience. |
