Use a 20/20 domination staff (5 huge jawbones in the vulture drifts, I believe) and spam it at 2.5s recharge.
And add a spell called power sink. When spell is interrupted, you lose all energy. Interrupted enemy loses that much energy, going into negatives if required. |

Yeah, make energy losses from E-drain/tap and E-burn/Surge go into negatives.
