What's the best build for IWAY? None of them, they're all retarded and anybody who plays them is lacking skill.

A well thought out post,
for a well thought out build, right?
A machine can run IWAY.
Rank is acquired by skill, therefore, any fame anyone has gotten using IWAY should be taken away right now.
There are some rank 6 and rank 9 people out there who have gotten their rank entirely by using iway, and therefore with having no skill.
What happens when IWAY is "changed"? There may be r3 people with 20,000 times the skill of a rank9 nooblet.
IWAY is worse than a noob build. A noob can understand that he can improve his skill using his own builds and thought patterns. However, IWAY players not only lack skill, but they're wrecking their chances of gaining skill and wasting time on a build that will not improve their skill.
Once IWAY is changed, those iway players will be just as noobish and skillless as before they began using iway, they might as well just go back to rank 0.

I would disagree. There so many builds that adopt anti-way measures, it takes skill to defeat such a team that employs them. There are tactics and strategies for every map like there are in any build, so it can take skill and knowledge of the game to win against teams like this and progress to the HoH.
Anyway, the guy wants an IWAY build, so thats what should be up for discussion not your obvious hatred for the whole IWAY thing. Reasoned argument is fine by me, but just cutting the guy off just 'cause he wants to know about IWAY is not really helping anyone.

Rather than giving him a build, he would benefit more from being pulled in a different direction.
Even if he were to score some wins with IWAY, it will be "changed" (I say changed because anet doesn't like the word nerf).
He would develop skill more efficiently if he just avoided the corruption that is IWAY altogether.
And yes it takes skill to defeat them, because it's an overpowered BUILD. Running iway takes no skill however.

Thats more like it
The truth of the matter is, IWAY will be 'balanced' very soon (march 7th I think) so if you are looking to run IWAY there is a very small window for you to do it. IWAY will still exist after the 'balance' in some form I think, but it won't be as popular and it wont be as effective versus balanced teams.
I was going to recommend learning a gale warrior build, but thats gonna get hit too...
Good luck.

For some reason, I think Gale's energy cost will just rise to 10, and maybe a small power reduction on Eviscerate.
Personally, I think he should stay away from that as well, and create his own builds. I do that a lot and some of them are immensely effective. People look for the most "powerful" builds, but those are the predictable ones and easy to counter. I deliberately create builds based on what people DON'T use, in order to catch them off guard and render them unable to counter.
Much of the time, doing so creates confusion and dis-co ordination among the enemy team as they're too busy going "WTF" rather than calming down and looking for a weakness. Even the top guilds fall helplessly to this due to the fact that most of the top guilds are "Google Guilds" as I like to call it. (These guilds run builds that consist of a couple gale warriors, an energy denial mesmer, a blind flash/ether prodigy air ele, a couple boon prots, etc)
An example of one of my builds is.. Well, we know Necro Spike is on the rise. I have a certain combo of hexes that I cast in order to make them take hundreds of damage every second. They will drop like flies before they can even finish the spike and there's no way to defend it, even with an infuser.

sum1 liek 2 gib me sum monies fr teh awpz??? lawl xD xD xD
Somehow, this seems to be the Guild Wars counterpart of that... love to see a million people get owned when they finally nerf it. Next stop, MENDING AND HEALING BREEZE! Die whammos!
IMO, I don't see whats so wrong with Eviscerate. I mean, it IS an elite skill... and it IS worth 7 adrenaline. Look at that when compared to things like Phantom Pain + Shatter Delusions. Phantom Pain gives you a deep wound upon ending. Shatter Delusions ends a hex and gives the target easily over 60-70+ DMG. That matches Eviscerate's +35-40 DMG and Deep Wound, at only 15 Energy.
