There are lots of threads with earth elementalist builds.
But you also need to be more specific about what you're trying to do. Missions/quests? Farming? Damage? Heal or defend other players? It also matter where in the game you are. The elements other than Fire are pretty weak until you're progressed a little in the game. |

Read up. Due use ward against melee,ward against elements, obsidian flame. That's the basic skills.
