Description should say "target ally" instead of "target OTHER ally", as it can be cast on oneself.

You can purchase it from Sorim, the skills trainer in Quarrel falls, but I seem to recall a quest that rewards it.

This is THE PERFECT anti condition spell. Ive been SLAMMED w ALL conditions at once by Rangers/Necros in PvP (as a w/mo). Ive healed 300 hp's in one cast with this(!)--when they see you heal after they switch targets (then you nail the offenders {which by this time should be running for their lives--recharging mana}). Seems like some builds/teams are based on condition killing (this spell ruins that *BIG-Time). Oh what a Joy it is to see a trapping ranger (free health)!!!

A must skill for protection monks...and a great benefit to healers as well, as it is cheap, can heal for a lot, and has a really quick recharge. I never play a monk without this skill. Simply amazing.

wat quest do u need to do to do this quest? cuz mi tank has it and he dint buy it from any1 but as mi monk i cant find it.
