+ Mark on bow
I am going to try to MAX out my mark so I can get the most dmg out of my bows ( Ihave some nice ones) I have seen +1 mark (20% chance) I read you can get +3 mark.. is this true, if so how hard is it to find, how much does it usually cost and is there ever a 100% + mark for bow so I dont have to rely on chance.

No, +1 is the max. and 20% is the best you will find.

Mmm they said somethinglike " you can get + 3 mark with a really good bow.. " oh well ty guys for clearing that up
