Have you even tried to search for an answer for this? There are many builds here....SF is one of the many.

AEGIS definitely helps, because the Carvers pack some punch and their bleeding attack really hurts on top of the other hexes from DarkBinders / Taskmasters.
Imho, it is not absolutely necessary to bring remove hex or similar.. I prefer to heal with DWAYNA's KISS. If you use VIGOROUS SPIRIT and AEGIS, and the ally has typically one DOT plus bleeding from the Carvers..DWAYNA's KISS heals for a lot.
REBIRTH is very handy, for resurrection.
THis my current setup on Sorrow's Furnace it works fairly well :
1- Word of Healing (or Mark of Protection)
2- Healing Touch (for self)
3- Dwayna's Kiss
4- Vigorous Spirit
5- Aegis
6- Channeling (Monk/Mesmer) (energy management)
7- Cry of Frustration / Power Spike (use it to interrupt rezzing foes, or Wroth Yakslapper, or Darkbinders .. the damage does not matter, the shortest recharge time is best)
8- Rebirth
Replace 6/7 with your secondary class utility skills.
Most importantly, keep the red dots (foes) just outside of your aggro radius shown on the radar. This will save you from DOTs and make your life a lot easier.

Based on 5 man team.
Aegis
blessed signet (energy management press whenever you can)
signet of devotion (nice free heal)
mend ailment (against conditions)
smite hex (for hexs can do a fair bit of damage when a warrior is hexed or spend points somewere else)
power drain (mesmer interupt, get it to gain 9 energy so that it pays for itself)
Life barrier {E} (should be at 46%)
rebirth (teleport res-only us out of battle)

My build as a bonder on 5 men team doesn't have aegis for a simple reason: i need enemies to actually HIT the tank not miss him to make me regain more energy. And i don't carry signet of devotion for 2 reasons: very slow to cast (sometimes you can't wait so long esp if the tank is under heavy attack) and energy is not really a problem inside SF.
Here's my personal skillbar:
1. rebirth
2. orizon (as a backup healing if primary monk is in trouble or dead)
3. essence bond (on tank and myself for double energy regain)
4. life barrier (on tank)
5. mend conditions (those lovely rangers make heavy use of Melandru's Arrows so it's a pretty good spell for healing and removing bleeding from tank: cheap and spammable)
6. life bond (on tank and on everyone in GF)
7. prot spirit (cover ench when mesmers are around)
8. blessed signet.
Max out prot prayers and divine just to get 15-16 mana from signet and the rest in healing.
Of course there are better builds out there but this one works pretty well for me.
And if you change a couple of spells (orizon and prot spirit) you can also be healer for full party.

I have done too many SF runs to count, well almost. I use this pretty much everytime, i might change balths for life attunement, depending on if the tank has balths or not.
Mend Ailment
Blessed Sig
Life Barrier {e} - cast first
Life Bond - cast second
Essence Bond -cast third
Divine Boon
Balthazars Spirit / life attunement
Rebirth
You will find once you are in SF you are doing most of the healing on the tank, because you heal him for pretty much 200 every time you hit mend ailment with divine boon active.
Before you are in SF you will find that you will be spamming blessed sig alot, and hopefully if your group is good on the aggros you wont need to put life bond on too many other party members.

By 5 man - usually 1 tank, 2 necros, and 2 monks
As Bonder I use the following:
Barriar (E)
Life Bond
Holy Veil
Blessed Signet
Mantra of Inscriptions
Rebirth
Life Attunement
Essence
Comments: I used to use mend Ailment, but took it out for the following reason. Most of the bleeding does not last long enough to warrant bringing it. I carry mostly bonds for the more important part of mission , being inside sorrows.
As Healer, Iuse the following
Spellbreaker (E)
Orizon
Dwayna's
Heal other
Essence (not really needed if you manage your energy right)
Rebirth
Healing Touch (great for healing yourself, plus divine bonus is worth it)
Healing Seed
Comments: I used to use Word , but why take an elite that other heal spells also do. I also ussed to bring Breeze until I realized that regen could potentially kill someone if they were hit with consecutive hits.
Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

in our guild we use this build:
Bonder:
RoF
Blessed Signet
Mantra of Inscriptions
Spellbreaker
Life Bond
Divine Boon
Balthasars Spirit
Blessed Aura
no res for him, so he has to stay way back before entering.
Smiter/Healer:
Orison
Heal Other/Dwayna's Kiss
Healing Seed
Shield of Judgement ( just watch them hack on the tank, only to eat dirt )
Balthasars Aura ( great for mobs in a meteor shower )
Essence Bond (inside a must)
Judge's Insight/Smite Hex/other
Blessed Aura
again no res. you might say, that its not enough healing, but believe me it works fine.
Tank:

Mark of Protection
something against conditions
Life Attunement ( so the monk has a free slot and he has enough room for extra skills)
Rebirth
Sprint
rest are dmg-skills
feel free to add one more enchantment if u need
the tank can help when you leave war camp and the dwarves decide to hack on an monk/caster without mercy. inside he can remove weakness from rangers/himself and heal himself, so he has something usefull to do, aside from standing there and hold a keg/gear.
now you only need a barrage-ranger with symbiosis and EoE and the fun begins . the tank hast more than 1500hp and can survive almost anything.
should you try this, make sure to have divine favor very high, to max out the duration of spellbreaker.
the good thing is, that u can never have enough enemies at the same time. the more the merrier ^^. the edge-bomb will kill them all.
have fun trying this in your guild
