Exactly. What I've been trying to explain is that P&H gives 5 energy over 15 secs too, without the health loss.

You can argue figures all day long, but try it in 4v4 and OoB is just rediculous with all the conditions and ganking on you. Enchantment removal is far less of a problem than dropping your own health by 20% for 4 - 5 energy.

Now why would someone go to that much trouble of stripping your monks of PnH unstead of stripping Eles of Attunements etc.

PnH Doesnt suck, it has its place in a team. I have heard of teams trying out succor + PnH for +6 regen on their boon proters.

Devoting two precious skill slots for 2 pips of energy when one elite can give you the same?

Yup

me and my guildy monking in PvE do that. The prot monk (her) brings it leaving the healer (me!) to take WoH. Its actually possible with blessed aura and an enchant staff for her to keep it on us and on a misc part of the time too, such as an orders nec or a smiting monk purely based off enchants. Teamspeak for coordination helps somewhat

How about they make PnH 1.5 pips of regen, or if that's impossible, 1 pip of regen and gain 1 energy every 6 seconds. PnH is not that bad if you cover your other monks with it, by itself it sucks even compared to power drain (which is non elite and interupts a potentially ownage spell that you would waste energy healing the damage done by it if it wasn't interupted =0)
