Yakslapper vs. Brohn's Set (for healer/prot)
My current PVE build:
Orison of Healing
Reversal of Fortune
Word of Healing
Heal Party
Healing Breeze
Healing Seed
Healing Touch
Rebirth
What I want to ask is, is the +20% enhantment for Yakslapper more useful or the 40% increase in skill recharge for the Brohn's Set?

You only have 2 enchants, but i wouldnt say there is anything there apart from seed which benefits from 40% recharge. If you use breeze a lot, 20%... if not.... probably still 20%

I wouldn't recommend using Breeze or Seed, for starters. Too much energy for too little effect. I'd recommend throwing Dwayna's Kiss and either Devotion Sig or Holy Veil in there instead.
After you swap those out, the 20% enchanting mod is irrelevant, since the duration on RoF doesn't matter and you don't have any other enchantments. Therefore, I'd go with the Brohn's.

Not really, imo. 2sec cast time, 25sec recharge. Meh. If the enemy switches targets, you just wasted 10 energy. Plus it's target other only.

Nah, Seed rocks, especially against Smites in UW. It's difficult to place sometimes and sometimes doesn't pay off, but it's worth it when it does. Sort of like Divine Healing. It's also fun to throw it on a bonder monk and have him run around and heal.

Perhaps we're loosing focus here, but ...
... I find Seed extremely useful while keg- or gear-farming in SF. When going as healer Seed and Breeze are practically the only spells I have to use (when teamed up with a descent bonder) apart from hex and cond removal. They both do wonders in covering the bonds on the tank. This is provided I use Essence Bond on the tank for energy.
In general PvE I drop Breeze but always bring Seed. Slap it on the tank just as he goes to aggro foes, and it'll allow him enogh time to gain the aggro of all foes before the casters engage. Simply wonderful imho.

It certainly has uses, but it's just not a spell I'd bring for general purpose healing, for the reasons I mentioned. Comes down to the situation and personal preference I guess.
