That sounds nice build but i suggest use this:
Mind Wrack Energy Surge {E} Energy Burn Signet of Weariness Shame Blackout FREE SLOT Res Sig I use this build on balanced groups. Free slot for balanced is Windborne Speed (Me/E) or Consume Corpse (Me/N) Use no this combination on caster target (Try search monk first, if not choose any other caster) : Mind Wrack -> E Surge -> E Burn -> Sig of Weariness -> Blackout -> Shame Thats awesome combination, this same setup works on RA/TA or even GvG.
