Fragility Me/A or A/Me
Heard a lot of talk about fragilty Me/A or A/Me. Decided to try to do a bit of research. It seems Me/A would be better because more energy will allow more conditions to be applied.
So far this is what I got:
Mindwrack Hex cover
Fragility
For 8-18 seconds, target foe takes 5-17 damage each time that foe suffers or recovers from a new condition.
Energy Cost: 10
Activation Time: 1 Second.
Recharge Time: 5 Seconds
Black Mantis Thrust
If this attack hits, you strike for +8-18 damage. If target foe is suffering from a Hex, that foe is Crippled for 3-13 seconds.
Energy Cost: 10
Activation Time: None.
Recharge Time: 10 Seconds.
Jagged Strike
If Jagged Strike hits, your target suffers from Bleeding for 3-8 seconds.
Energy Cost: 5
Activation Time: None.
Recharge Time: 4 Seconds.
Crippling Dagger
Send out a Crippling Dagger at target foe. Crippling Dagger strikes for 5-41 earth damage if it hits, and cripples fleeing foes for 3-13 second. This spell has half the normal range.
Energy Cost: 5
Activation Time: 1 Second.
Recharge Time: 20 Seconds.
Death's Charge
Shadow Step to target foe. If that foe has more Health than you, you are healed for 40-112.
Energy Cost: 5
Activation Time: 1/4 of a Second.
Recharge Time: 45 Seconds.
Temple Strike
Must follow a lead attack. If this attack hits, target foe is Dazed and Blinded for 1-7 second(s), and if target foe is casting a spell, that foe is interrupted. This is an elite skill.
Energy Cost: 15
Activation Time: None.
Recharge Time: 12 Seconds.
Twisting Fangs
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +10-18 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 5-17 seconds.
Energy Cost: 10
Activation Time: None.
Recharge Time: 15 Seconds.
Apply fragility first. Hex cover with mindwrack. 15 energy used. Death Charge to the target foe. Jagged strike->temple strike->twisting fang. 35 energy used. 4 conditions applied so far. Now use crippling dagger if target is running away; or use black mantis thrust if the target is still in front of you. 5 conditions applied total.
This is by all means, not a complete build. Several points to consider:
-Stat point distribution. Obviously need maxed illusionary for fragility dmg. Should dagger mastery be maxed to do more dmg while applying conditons? or should dagger mastery be at a low level for the conditions to go away faster so it would trigger recovery fragility dmg?
-Energy management. The first volley of attacks will cost about 50 energy. You are pretty much screwed after that. Maybe replace one of the skills (black mantis thrust?) with an escape shadow arts skill.
-Overall it doesn't seem it will do enough dmg in a fast enough time compared to just a regular assasin slashing away with combo chains.
