I was in the military, and honestly the job of the military is not to make you a man. I did quite well, and still do not have the organs necessary to be a man. Caps are rude, and to equate it with the military just gives the world population yet another reason to hate americans. Personally I believe the military is there to protect the rights that american citizens have. Call me old fashioned, but I rather like the ideals that helped sprout the US.

I think as with all the classes best secondary is totally situational. I think the question is a good one though. I think perhaps breaking it down may get you some more specific answers though.

More like:
I like doing such and such and want to be able to do such and such in PVE what builds are best to shoot for? Always avoid caps, because it is like screaming at someone. It is for emphasis. Real men do not need to yell at people in mixed company. It is easy to yell, much harder to find a way to be polite and get the answers you are looking for.

I think at times it is hard in general to get the answers you are fishing for on boards, and yelling is just going to make it harder. By the way, I would like answers to this as well. People tend to say check out the boards, but for new players it can be very hard to extrapolate the answers to what you are asking about.

Interrupts
Inspiration line for energy management.

Also saved my life in hydra farming (wards + interrupts + energy surge = heap of dead hydras).

And, IMHO, the only thing that justified CAPS is being 12 years old...no offense, just my point of viewing things. CAPS/SPAM/WHINE/BEG/GRIEF ---> /ignore.
