This is my W/N build that i usually use for really just anything but farming:

Attributes:
Axe Mastery:12(11+1)
Strength:10(8+1+1)
Tactics:10(9+1)
Death Magic:8

Skills:

Eviscerate(e)
Penetrating blow
Flurry/Frenzy(which should i use)
Sprint
Plague Touch
Healing Signet
Soul Feast
Res Signet(bull's strike when solo)

I just want to know if what im using is good, please comment on how i can change it and what to change it to. Constructive critisism only Please!

P.S. i use knights helm, gloves and boots with glads chest and legs.(trying for ascalon helm)

I'd say Flurry and Frenzy depends on the situation. For a GuildMatch, Frenzy is the best 'cus you aint allways tanking. For 4 vs 4 then definitely Flurry 'cus your tanking non-stop.

Also 'cus ur using Flurry sometimes, maybe a few extra levels in Axe Mastery so you dont lose too much dmg?

The damage reduction on Knight's armor is Non-Stacking, therefore, wearing the helm, glove, and boots, will only give you the damage reduction of wearing just one of those pieces. I would go with 1 piece knight armor (usually glove or boots) and the rest gladiator armor.
