How effective would this be?
lright, we'll use the typical Warrior/Monk combination. But let's throw in some different skills.
I meant for PVP-i was beign retareded once again. my spelllllllnig xsu
Power Attack-req. 5 energy
Pure Strike-req.5 energy
Sever Artery-4 adren.
Gash-6 adren.
Galrath Slash-8 adren.
Symbol of Wrath-5 energy
Balthazar's Spirit-10 energy -1 upkeep
Ressurection Signet-none
Swordsmanship-12
Strength-10
Smiting-8
Obviously we'd be wearing full Gladiators and a Brute Helm. Personally Iprefer a Max. Damage sword with an +13% damage while enchanted mod to beef me up.
Ok, we cast Balthzar's Spirit before the battle to stock up energy and adrenaline(*helps against mesmers*). Instead of having to wait for adrenaline req. skills to charge we can bust in the battle with Power Attack and Pure Strike. Once Sever and Gash are up we use that combo along with Galrath Slash later. While all this is happening you are regenerating energy and adrenaline faster because of Balthazar's Spirit. If you find yourself in a Mosh Pit, don't be afraid to use Symbol of Wrath to finish them off (*in PVP enemies don't realize that they're in an PBAOE and thus dont run away*)
I really just want some constructive criticism here, so don't be afraid to bomb it. Just give me some ideas.

Okay, I like the gash/slash/galrath better than the final thrust trio that some people use. Pure strike is good to, especially since wards are popular. Power attack isn't bad. SoW is okay as a DoT, just remember if someone moves you won't get the full effect. Balth's is good if you or someone else is getting hit a lot, not so good if you guys aren't.
My main concern with this build is you don't have any extra defense or healing. Unlike some of the other warrior armors, glad's doesn't have the bonuses to protection.

That's sad. Ever since I came back, even the AI has been smarter than that.

Looks pretty good actually, roughly similar to my Sword/Smite build on my Warrior.
About Balthazar's Spirit helping against Mesmers...not if they can remove enchantments
But yes, your build looks pretty decent. The only thing I'd suggest is giving Final Thrust consideration instead of Pure Strike, depending on the situation.

Thanks for the fix. I think my attribute points are a bit messed. I'd go on Guild Wars to fix it but the server is down momentarily.
What skill would you advise I switch Symbol of Wrath out for? Also, would adding a vampiric hilt be a good decision?
Rayne, I was being retarded about the Mesmer statement. I had this crazy idea that mesmer's "soothing images" only subtracted adren gained from delivering damage. So, I might want to switch teh enchant out.

Use that hilt only if you have a second weapon that you can switch to. It drains your health.
If SoW works for you, don't mess with it.
