Worst elite skill ever?
On paper it doesnt look bad, but when you come to actually using it you realise it truly is a terrible terrible skill. at high restoration you get 13-14 health a second from this skill, if they are near a spirit, Now 14 health a second equates to 7 regen. Ok, 7 regen aint bad for 5 energy, and a 5 sec recast, especially since normal regen can be stacked on top easily, and it cannot be removed.
However, lets look at the disadvantages:
1)Its a weapon spell, so it can easily be cancelled by stacking another weapon spell on top.
2)Its only 7 regen. That equates to a 140 heal over a full 10 secs. (soothing memories will heal for just over 100, and the expense of 2 energy if holding an item, without the cost of an elite slot)
3)It only works if they are NEAR a spirit. Near sounds like a large area, but it really really isnt.
4)Finally, its an elite. Who in their right mind would spend their elite on a highly conditional 7 regen, that will only last 10 secs at best, and proberly in reality last about 3 seconds, i dont know
why, perhaps more importantly, was this skill even given elite status. It needs a serious buff, enlarge the area of effect to area rather than nearby and either increase the duration or increase the heal it gives (double would be nice in both cases) and perhaps reduce recharge time to 2 or 3 seconds. Until that happens, it is an utterly useless skill, never mind a useless elite.
