Anti-MM Ritualist
This build is showing up a lot now in the Alliance 12v12 Arena. Most every team has at least 1 MM, and even at 10 Minions, they are invaluable in this arena. But, alas, for all you frustrated Ritualists that are disgusted with the oppressive 5 sec spirit cast time, fret no longer. Your place in the 12v12 arena is now realized: The ANTI_MM Rt.!!! That's right, Necro MM hate at it's finest. The entire build is based around the Spawning spell Signet of Creation. And the absolute beauty of it is that you actually want 0 attribute points in Spawning. Oh, so evil!! Zero points = 1 health regen for 30 seconds and after 30 seconds, POOF, minions are no more! I, haven't learned the entire metagame build, but I would make my secondary Necro, and carry the Necro skills; Soul Feast 10e-1sec-0, Putrid Explosion 10e-1sec-5sec, and Consume Corpse 10e-1sec-0. All the minions are a 3sec cast. So, kill all existing minions and deny that Necro any corpses = worthless MM. What about Monk secondary. Holy damage = double damage to undead. And how many Necros are wearing the 70 armor that is weak against holy damage? Ohhhh, I can see the Necro ownage now. Or, how about Mesmer secondary? Minion hate plus e-denial for the Necro anyone? Bad thing is Rt will now have a big target on their backs. Well, what do you think?

ya ppl already use signet of creation in pve for a very usefull Rt/N minion bomber since MM is not that usefull in pve anymore they just use signet of creation and death nova on minions(note not horrors but actual minions)and send them on for for good AOE dmg on a big group wat ur saying here is basicly to use this skills from a good pve minion bomb to a 12v12 MM screwover lol but yes i do agree with the use of the signet of creation.... u can even run a good shelter/union rit and do MM screwover just replace 1 skill u realy dont use and put in sig of creation

Why not just use N/Rt, then u won't be wasting your primary attribute (as you need to put 0 in spawning) and you are mainly using necro skills?

good question. my opinion. RT/N may be better mainly because of the way a necro takes dmg. but very good point.

well impressed with these ideas for anti MM!!!
espsecially rt/me, cud come in well handy, not just for anti MM but annoyin monks aswell thru shortage of energy!!!!

Kind of a tangential question, but does Verata's Aura work in 12-on-12s to steal minions from the opposing team?
I checked GuildWiki and it didn't have any usage details.

Yes, but its radius is smaller than you would expect.

well you ask how many Necros are wearing the +5 from holy damage armor and....i must say: if your job is shuting down MMs, then why wouldnt the MMs be wearing the MM armor?
anyways, these are very fun in 12v12 especially

If signet of creation does wut u say it does ( i havent looked at it yet) and it affects all minions than i smell a nerf comming. If of course its just minions in the area than ur sorta screwing urself over if its a bomber mm
