Default Question regarding multiple spirits

"If a spirit is created within range of an allied spirit with the same name, the existing spirit is immediately destroyed. "

This is taken from GWiki (http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Spirit).

Does this work in the same way as Ranger's Nature Rituals work? I.e. if you have 2 Rits on your team, 1 puts Pain, then the other puts Pain, the first will die?

I know it happens on 1 Rit if you try and put the same spirit again, the first will just die. I just want to know if this is the same case if you have 2 Rits...

Another question, does the effect of Restoration bypass Frozen Soil (i.e. do you still get ressed even if Frozen is down)?

yes this is the case, and no restoration doesnt bypass restoration

Ok so it's not like that Rit item spell that if you drop it will res a player even through frozen?
