i posted this in River Side INN, but since ToPK is a "rangers place" i figurd i should post here as well. this story is hilarious! posting it just so you all know its goin on now!

this morning, the Tombs are empty, we hardly put a group together. the most hard time we had was to find a monk (which is weird). then I see a monk inviting herself to my party, so i let her in. She was talking to us as a normal person, i did the "interview" and we went on to the Under World"

there, she starts spamming "heal party" randomly. 1 person taking a little damage, (1 orison of healing would do the job) and she is doin heal party. and she kept spamming it, along with other skills spammed randomly. (ranger 1 is burning and being meteored, and shes using heal party and orison of healing on ranger 2) she even spammed heal party when we were standing around waiting for an AFK

we start woundering whats up? start askng her why shes doin it, but no answer. at all! evr skill she did she was "calling" it, so the chat was full of spams.

she kept spaming random skills aT RANDOM TIMES, along with rebirth, which was most of time out of place. all along the run, she kept following diffrent ppl, sometimes right inside of aggro zone! she didnt pick up nothing! even not a gold drop.

we were woundering, maby its just a kid that cant read? but no! it was spaming skills in a same order, never runing on her own direction. and not 1 single word.

surprisigly we finished the run with very few deaths. got our grees

and went to report her.

i posted this just so you can see what world is coming too!

BOTS!!!! first they get elona, now ToPK..... im kinda scared

conclusion: we can do it with 6 rangers and 2 necros, if 3 Rangers that dont have spirits will take heal party along with 1 interrupt instead of a useless stance (or whatever). so no need for monk, cuz our monk was only spamming heal party...

Interesting story; however grammar check would be nice. Unfortunatly bots are nothing new to GW...first I've seen one in a party though.

hey sorry about grammar. english is not my first language and i proof read very fast because i normally chat in same time.

i know about bots, there been around for a while now, but never seen 1 in ToPK!!! in a party!!! and honesly i was sure i will never see one, before i did. when they are solo farming elona or tralls, i dont realy care because they dont realy interfere with me playing. i dont have much time to play anyways, so economy doesn't bother me now. i solo farm stuff that i need in my own private places that bots cant get to

but this time we all (in the party) kind of felt like we were slaped in the face!

I love the grammar nazis that have improper spelling and grammar. You misused the semicolon and mispelled unfortunately.

I was wondering if the bots would make it to ToPK eventually.

It seems like the B/P Rangers could have a bot slip in almost seamlessly. All they would need to do is follow another Ranger's target and spam Barrage, etal constantly until that other ranger stopped attacking. They'd also have to slip under the radar since they wouldn't use any spirits.

As long as they have the energy to keep up their attack AND use heal party...your orders necro might be a bit busy trying to BR them...

Actually my very first B/P team to FoW was with 6 R/Mo and 2 N/Mo.

The rangers brought Vig Spirit i think (or at least some of em did), and the 2 necros (both Orders i may add) just spammed OoV, OoP (this was when they stacked incase your wondering) and spammed Heal Party, Heal Other, Healing Breeze and the occasional BR when the other necro needed it (least i would've but i forgot to bring BR

). We cleaned the place in 1 of my faster trips yet with hardly any deaths.

the MM and orders can take heal party. and with high expertise barrage costs only 2-3 mana.... i personaly never go to the bottom of my skill bar, unless i spam intrrupts 1 after the other (which is only few times during the whole run)

and as Evilsod said, sounds like fun
