Do absorbtion runes make a difference in damage received, if they are placed on more than 1 piece of armor. I am part of the 1 sup absorb rune is gloabal crowd, but i would love to be proved wrong

absorb runes DO NOT STACK, and do not count just to the the piece of armor you put them on. They are a general bonus. It is however possible to stack different types of damage reduction.
Knights Armor -1 dmg
Sup Absorb Rune -3 dmg
Shield -2 (stance) or -3 (hex)
total of -6 or -7 damage reduction.

Case closed.

WE HAVE A WINNAR, although you can get -9 reduction

-5 20% shield.

TY for your responces!! The reason I asked is that i learned both the warriors and a few members of the the team i usualy go to the Deep with have like 4 sup absorbs on their warrior armor. I was like doods they don't stack!! Needless to say I was ridiculed

. I will point them here for the truth!!!

LOL Thts what I thought, but they were serious. That's why I had to ask, they are a great group of players. Tonight when we go I will point them here, I will laugh if they bought the absorbs when they were 80k..lol

That is not an estimate, it's actually 90%

Well, not really, 90% are crap and would do stuff like getting 5 super absorbs, it's why absorbs used to be so expensive.

While most of us used a major absorb to save$$, those guys farmed all day to afford their full set of knights armour+ 5 absorbs.

It's madness I know.

There's people who buy purple poisonous axes for 2k+ and then they think they do more damage because of the poison in the name.

Did I ever mention the W/Rs who think their primary weapon should always be a bow, no matter what they do, presearing, ascalon, kryta, titan quests, deep, fow. They'll always bring their trusty bow and 12 in marksmanship and 5 absorbs and say everyone else is noob for not having the full fow knight set (happened really)

Or that time with the monk that kept yelling at me to "take off your rune!!!" in THK.
He kept telling me to take it off because my hp was going down. I switched to a non-vamp weapon after that...

(ok so the fow knights never happened.. it was 15k luxon but still...)
