I'm pretty sure Blues don't drop from Shiverpeak chests..maybe the lower-level chests in Ascalon, etc.

And I bought 6 keys and did a quick couple of runs..

I bought 400 keys... about a week ago and I have so many perfect mods it's not even funny, 400+Chests opened and I never got a 15(Stance) fellblade that I want oh so bad

i prefur to ru in fow get 15^50 fells and shado bows aswell and shadow sheilds and shodow blades,fow is tons better

Its not nerfed, you do have to put more money into it though. Its great to alernate troll farming with this, or alternatively use dont feel no pain's hydra build (but dont get close to crones.) Perfect mods drop like crazy, but as some people have said, you need the money and time to make it worth it. Its also a great thing to get your treasure hunter title with

Also, FoW chest are definitely better. However, you can do this solo and without favor.
