I don't really like skills that are as conditional as that.

Well Enfeeble is spammable and it's early monday morning, that much I can say in my defense...

EDIT: And yeah, I prolly should have just inserted Enervating Charge+Stoning, Shock+AfterShock air/earth combos, weakness being lousy condition per se.

Yes I do know that stoning does knockdown people, but I find it on the expensive side of energy which makes me not like this skill. Is there a way to replace that?

well gee....
ayway i got ether prodigy and boy do I like it. But it's a little damaging when it ends, so I changed my secondary to mesmer to use ether feast. It heals 99 hp =D. I'll have test this stuff in the arenas when I get the other +15 attributes.
