A/R Blades of Fury
Well last night after some heated discussions between me and some one else I have decided to give assasin a second go around. I used GWFreaks to generate a possible starting build for me. I just need to test it in PvP Build mode first and adjust it a bit. It would require a set of zealous daggers of fortitude to make the build work. I have daggers at 9 since the build would rely mostly on critical hits and I find the best attack skills come from the Critical Strikes line. That plus I noticed most of the Critical Strikes's attacks have about 4 second recharge times compared to Dagger Mastery's line.

Unsuspecting Strike (Critical Strikes)
If this attack hits, you strike for +29 damage. If your target was above 90% Health you deal an additional 36 damage.

Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +15 damage and target foe loses 1 Stance.

Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +27 damage and resuslts in a critical hit.

Critical Eye (Critical Strikes)
For 32 seconds, you have an additional 6% chance to land a critical hit when attacking. You gain 1 Energy whenever you score a critical hit.

Okay I tried a A/Mo build which I liked but well it is hard to choose. The BoF Build allows me to strike hard and fast while the A/Mo Build allows me to regenerate health on the fly.
