I looked all over Arborstone , 6 times went through it ... no Ryver Mossplanter as the Xennon skill list says. I'm sure its easily found, but its not in the location that it states, the only thing I have not tried is to look for it through the mission , but if I don't need to , I'd rather stear clear of it(hate that mission) .Does anyone know where exactly to cap this?

yea i cleaered the map a couple times too...
couldnt find em either guildwiki says this: Quote:

He always spawns in the courtyard for me. The mission is random between 3 bosses though.

i'm pretty sure as to why he is not there,
get rid of all your quests, then go back in. usually he is 10ft from the door |
