The Ultimate sanctum Cay running build
Now i am in abit of a pickle, i see many different builds for the solo running of this mission, ive seen a build on wiki and countless other sites but i would just like to know if theres a tried and tested build, i watched a video of someone doing it and there build is completely different to wikis, any help would be appreciated.

This is the build I use:
Sprint
Healing breeze
Healing sig
Mending
Balthazar's Spirit
Healing Hands (E)
Dolyak Signet
Disciplined Stance
Healing Prayers - 12
Strength - 11 + 1
Tactics - 6 + 1
Smiting Prayers - 2
The only hard part is at the end. Try to avoid Irwyn the severe (boss) whenever. cast balthazar's spirit when you first spawn, wait for energy regen, then cast mending.

Or you could just bring Healing Signet and Sprint. Really, that's all you need. The White Mantle and undead barely nick you.

but at the end you have to tank white mantle and since they fixed the mission you cant get them not to spawn.
I also use the exact same build as hambones but i use shields up instead of dicipline stance doesnt really matter though

So? You move out of Searing Heat, use Heal Sig every so often, and you keep at it till the Vizier's done. It's easy even with the spawns at the end.

^ agreed
just run back and forth hugging the rock in front of the vizier, and you will survive with mending alone, and i use defense stance
no need to use any tanking skills
