I have recently been challenged by a few members of this forum to a time trial in the Underworld, which we both agreed to offer to anyone else who may be interested. The challenge is to complete 5 quests in UW with 2 people, as fast as possible.

The quests:
Clear the Chamber
Unwanted Guests
Escort of Souls
Wrathful Spirits (in Forgotten Vale)
Servants of Grenth (aka "Ice King", in the Ice Wastes)

The rules:
-There must only be 2 people in the party.
-Professions of the 2 people does not matter.
-The entire run must be filmed, from start to finish, and must be all 1 file.
-The submitted video must not be edited in any way (not to trim time, or add music, or anything at all.)
-Time begins when the first skill is used by either party member.
-Time ends when the last quest is completed (the reward doesn't have to be taken, but it must be available.)
-The video may be longer than the total time, as you will probably have a bit of time before you start and after everything is completed that will still be part of the video. These extra seconds will not count against you.
-Quests may be done in any order.

My group has already finished filming, however the video will not be posted until the challenger has posted his video, in order to ensure originality in the run. Anyone else interested may post videos, before or after we've posted ours. There are several video recording programs such as GameCam, which we used to film ours.

A note regarding Smite Crawlers: Though it is not specifically mentioned in the challenge, we felt it would be a copout to not kill all the smites. I'll leave it up to those who submit videos whether or not to kill them, but if your goal is to accurately test yourselves against us, I ask that you do the same.

All interested parties are solely responsible for their own recording and hosting of the videos.

I hope thats 1 hours 30 mins

Knowing you and sno it could well be 1 minute 30 seconds

1 hr 30 min's is pretty fast

Don't know if me and my buddies can beat that (lag kills).

I will try it out though (as it seems like a fun challenge). But don't expect me to submit anything as we probably won't finish

1min 30 seconds... no one is that good!

I will have my vidoes done by SUNDAY (and possibly tonight)...

I do this run 2-3x per week, so 1 hour 30 min is pretty fast.. I think its gonna come down to a few minutes.

I'm pretty sure guildwiki has more info on it. Search "Ice King" if you can't find anything on the mission.

I'd really like to see as many entries as possible, no matter how long it takes. Don't worry about getting it faster than us, as doing all these quests with 2 people is a big accomplishment in itself.

I agree, origionally I thought it would be good to open this challenge up to others. I think it will be good if nothing else to help push people out of the norm smite runs which get boring and old... at least for me they do.

i use this uniq build.. duo team... i wont post the vedio but i can do this within 1 hour if we only did quest and not farming lol...

is the one i am doubting on.. its a hard one

i can duo that with my uniq build in 45 mins.. then the unwanted guests havent ever tryd thta but would be fun ^^

whats price for wnning 1 million ?.... wouldent show the vedio for less then 1 million... it would show MANY secreates of duo farming i use.. and my uniq build..

No promises, but i'll have to check with a couple of peeps and see what we
can come up with, but 1.30 is a nice time to beat so like i said, no promises...

One question though, how long is the challenge open for? or is this an on goin thing.

I'm more concerned about Servants of Grenth... I'm not sure if 2 mesmers can cause enough damage to not be overwhelmed.

Me and Sesha Nugra took the first steps on our testing setup... but got cut short when 2 nightmares aggroed onto me while tanking and sesha forgot vengeance
