Question Can I mod this?

I recently got a Gold Oni Blade, that I'm wondering if I can mod to make it perfect.

Anyways, this question has a few parts. The stats on the sword are:

Shocking Oni Blade
Lightning dmg 15 - 22 (Req 11)
Dmg +15% always
Armor -10 (while attacking)

1.) Can I mod this to be perfect? As in, can I add a +30 hp mod and a 20/20 mod, or will either of those overwite the mods already on it? I don't really know how modding works so I'm not sure.

2.) Will modding it like that end up costing me more than it's worth in the end? I bought the sword un-id'd for 15k. Guru price check puts a +30 mod at 40-60k, and a 20/20 mod at 65-75k. So, minimum, I would be paying 105k for the mods, but I could probably find some good deals. I guess what I'm really asking is, if I CAN add those mods, what will it go for?

3.) And finally, is this a sure thing, or am I taking chances with adding the mods?

I'm a total noob when it comes to modding, so thanks to anyone who can answer these questions for me.

Wrong forum.

But you can mod a pommel (i.e., +30 health) which will simply be added to the weapon as there isn't an existing pommel on the sword. If you add a sundering 20/20, you lose the Lightning Dmg but gain the Armor Penetration.
Adding mods to a weapon cannot fail.

Note 1: Sundering sucks.
Note 2: You can't replace the Dmg +15%, AL -10 when attacking bit.

Dont mod it. high req, and not everyone likes 15/-10. Try to sell it as it is. Usually if you wanna mod something, get like a 15^50 low req rare skin.

1) You can mod it to be perfect, but it wouldnt be worth it.
2) Just because you add a 50k mod on an item doesnt mean the price will raise 50k.
3)Say you had a 15^50 req9 oni blade. Try selling it as it is and see the offers. Then, say selling 20/20 15^50 req9 +30hp oni blade. If the offers are higher, thats when you actually mod it then sell it.

Sorry about the wrong forum. Wasn't sure where to put it. So basically the consensus is to just sell it as is. Thanks guys.

Haha Arkantos, I did a few FoW runs with you last night, remember? Small world...
