how hard is it to cap with hench/any tips on what to bring?

Charge is capped outside ember light the bosses name is bulthazar the cursed (Maybe wrong spelling). People are Normaly always forming cap groups in ember light. Downside is they seem to leave when they cap the skill there after. (There is no set location for the boss its random). I reccomend going Right after first group goes by.

Gvg.

Most of the "Charge!" Warriors are Sword Warriors.

Cause they tend to be better than Axe with no attack elites factored in (Axes...are literally dependant on Eviserate attack skill wise).
