Can i get a little help
Ok guys i got a lvl 14 rt/mo i have search for builds and this site has some great ones but they all include having to have a elite skill in the build. if anyone has asked this and im sure they have im sorry but any help would be greatly appricated. ok right now i have 10 communing and 9 spawning. i want a build that is just gonna stand in the back and cast sprits and stuff but i would like to be able to get parties pretty easy so i can get through the game and get some of them Elite spells. I have included a ss with my stats and skill bar anyone that could help me it would be great. i just want a good solid build that parties like having around wihtout elites plz. Or if u know of any e-z elites to get that would be cool to.
Thanks for reading.

My first thought, as of now, is that you're going to have a lot of trouble with the spirits if you don't have Ritual Lord, or even Weapon of Quickening. The god-awful recharge on spirits tends to put a damper on the effectiveness of your build if you can't cut the recharges down. Basically - without elites, you cannot spirit spam. Does this mean to not use spirits...no.
Before having Elites, I generally went Resto/Comm/Spawn. I don't know the exact numbers you'd need for level 14, but hear me out.
restoration offers decent support for the earlier game: Generous Was Tsungrai or Mighty was Vorizun helps to give you a lot of extra staying power (Generous - Resto, Mighty - Comm). While holding an item, you may as well use soothing memories (free heal, 5 sec recharge). Also, if you use GwT, then Flesh of My Flesh is a great res to have : ) Union is a great spell for lower level areas, and I used that as my spirit for a while. Since you're in communing anyway, Vital Weapon is good to put on a party member, or yourself (when you're ressing). Weapon of Warding a a great weapon spell to reduce pressure on people that are being hammered on, just remember it rewrites other weapon spells. Shelter Is a decent spirit to help the team out for a short amount of time, so you can keep that in. Then, I'd recommend a longer-lasting spirit, maybe bloodsong, in the last slot. Or, you could take another support skill.
Basically, you'll be playing support, you'll be out of battle mostly, and you'll be pretty efficient at what you're doing. This is all dependant on if you don't mind speccing into Resto....
1. Mighty Was Vorizun/Generous Was Tsungrai (whichever you can maintain indefinately)
2. Soothing Memories
3.Vital Weapon
4.Weapon of Warding
5.
6.Shelter
7.Union
8. Flesh of My Flesh (hard res)

It almost seems like ages ago since I created my Rit/N. But from what I remember about my time on the Island...
I went MM. Since you can't go MM, you should go Restoration and Spawning.
Recouperation
Weapon of Warding
Soothing Memories
Spirit of Light
Mend Body and Soul
Generous Was Tsungrai
Remove Hex/Healing Touch
Flesh of My Flesh
Southing Memories is not free, it has a cost of 2 (5 - 3 = 2)
I would get Life too, but then it really gets expensive. I think you have to buy a few of these spells, so getting Life becomes very expensive for you.
TGgold's build probably works too, but this is just mine.
Hope it helps.

It cost 2, 5-3, but you forgot to factor in your natural regen during the cast and aftercast :P

It still not free. You could have had those 2 extra points if it were.
I don't suppose you get Rebirth for free, do you?
If you did, forget about Flesh of My Flesh, use Rebirth.
Ritualists are the 3rd most sought after professions. Monks, Necros (usually as MM, the odd SS is requested), Ritualists, nukers, etc.
Monks are very scarce, so you tell them that you heal, you're good as gold to any group.
Elites can be found just about anywhere. City missions, you must have a sig cap or 2. Quests (wonder around the mainland), bring 1 sig cap, Monk bosses and Ritualist Bosses can be found there too.
Just north of Senji's Corner is a Rit Boss. You must kill him to do your quest (but he is not your target, he's just in the way).
Enjoy.
