Areas seem to have been HEAVILY nerfed lately
I've been mapping (not farming) through the Southern Shiverpeaks (Ice Dome, Frozen Forest, etc.) killing lots of high-level critters and getting nothing but non-max white, a few blue and a couple of purple items. The same type of loot you can get around Yak's bend for a lot less effort. Only went through the zones once. This has only been occurring since about the last (or second to last) game update.
Went on quest in SF last night and the whole group found only one gold item (armor with a superior illusion magic rune). Most items were once again just white or blue. No one in the group had much fun, just a lot of dissappointment. It seems ArenaNet has gone way too far here to stop farming.

i suggest griffons for the noobs lol, trolls eventually, they are outside of droks
and are only harder because they can interrupt, but the loot is usually good.

Pretty soon all that will be left is farming for materials and collector items needed to get good items. Now that I just though of it I think thats what their trying to do nerf areas to make us HAVE to get the items needed to trade in at collectors for items. pretty soon as I have already said all that will be left is junk low scale items and material farming. then those who previously liked to farm and whatever will eaither be forced into the PvP end of GW or quit due to the thing THEY ENJOYED doing being torn from the game. Well ANet thats very crafty of you to do. Make it so we have to switch or quit.

You guys don't find it odd that the lowest ranking of forum poster suddenly appears and asks for every farming location?
This reeks suspiciously of foul play.
If you need "all the farming spots", you could've looked down...you're literally in the thread that they all get put in...
*cough*
(oh, tsunami, it's "anti-farming code", you forgot a hyphen).
