Default PvE and PvP

I been searching for this but I just couldn't find an exact answer. I am looking for a build that's balanced for both PvE and PvP. If you could, please tell me what kind of build and what second profession. thanks!

Well, I guess its ime to unveil my secret build, wih I love to death.

E/Mo

Attributes:
Earth:0
Fire:0
Air:12+3+1
Water: 10+1
Energy Storage: 8+1
And, well, throw the rest in prot.

Skills:

Elemental Attunement {E}
Deep Freeze
Arc Lightning
Lightning Strike
Lightning Orb
Maelstrom
Blurred Vission
Rebirth

I know you may think this build is sub-par, etc. But, I love it and I truly believe it works wonder; this is how it goes:

Elemental Attunemnt: Sice all other spells are elemental spells, wt could be better?
Deep Freeze-Decent AOE dmg right away along with great crowd-control slowdown and a needed water hex....
Arc Lightning-Great skill, basicall lightning strike, except when foe has a water or earth agic hex, it strikes targt foe and one nearby foe, great!
Lightning Strike-Just good all out DPS and spike dmg on a specified target.
Lightning Orb-Again, jus good all out spike dmg, an upgraded version of lightning strike in a sense.
Maelstrom-My personal favorite spell in the game. Ye, its DOTAOE, but, foes go in and out of it, and at firs, stay in in for about 5-7 secs. It adds even more dmg. but also! it gives wonderful aoe interupts to nasty spell casters, i.e. mesmers w may removeyour e-attunement.
Blurred Vission-Like Bliding Flash, this is more warrior hate. Th difference hear i recharge is a little longer, but it last 2-3x as long also. So you spend less energy, however, it makes them miss by only 50%, not 90% like Flash. But another upside is this, it works on adjacent foes next to target foe!
Rebirth-Well, we do need a way to save our fallen comrades who somehow die, don't we? Hmm....

Well, you of course have your own opinion on this build, but I love it , it is what I run fow the time being now, if you don't please explain why. Hope some of it helps OP.

You can respec any time you want so why does one build need to work for both PvP and PvE? Not to mention there may be PvE zones where certain elements may be better than the others or enchantments get stripped too much.

Don't limit yourself, try them all out.
