The Chains that Bind us.
Hello all. Last few days I've been playing around with a communing skill I'd overlooked for a long time.
Binding Chains .. 15 / 2 / 30
Hex Spell. For 5..18 seconds, target foe moves 90% slower and cannot attack. Binding Chains ends if that player takes damage.
90% snare is hilarious to slap on a warrior that isnt backed up with hex removal.
18 sec of a completely useless ranger is funny too.
Tossed it into a standard displacement/shelter/union/rit lord build and that worked ok, tried with an annoying Rt/Mo binding chains pacifism build which annoyed the hell out of some warriors enough that I got nasty pms after the matches. Tried with and E/Rt Water + binding chains, which did ok.
Was curious if anyone else has messed with this skill, and if its found a home in anyone elses builds.
