Yes, there are severeal 55HP UW Builds. But, at the moment, none for a ranger (tho several people are working on some

GWGuru's best and most experienced rangers have been searching for a Ranger UW solo build since the creation of the 55 monk...and still nothing.

i thought of something a while ago that involved blind and Pacifism along with traps, but it was doing too much with only one character.

i died.

so basically, you probably won't be able to solo with the ranger's skills any time soon.
