Yeah but no one uses just 2 axe attacks. (Okay...lotsa people do, but most people use 3 or more) and with 3 or more cleave begins to drain from the other skills, making every other skill less useful.

cleave has a low andren usage ^.^

In certain solo PvE situations, I only use ONE axe attack, and Cleave is a godsend.
