No. Your attack must be Fire element in order to activate Conjure Flame, at the time Conjure Flame makes a check to see what element your weapon is. Either use a Fiery Bowstring, Greater Conflagration, or Kindle Arrows to make use of Conjure Flame. If using the bowstring or conflagration, do NOT use Judge's Insight, as your attacks will become Holy. For some reason, Kindle Arrows overwrites that as well.

I used conjure flame for a long time, it works well, but to get any benifit from it you have to at least have a level 6, so those points go to come out of some where. I used beast mastery, pets become a liability once you hit the desert anyway.

I recently stoppped because long fights mean I run out of energy, so I switched to a zealous bow, so there was no point is continuine conjure element.
