Default Help my R/N build

Okay, I just started a new Ranger, and I've looked at some skills, and heres what Ive come up with for skills.

Barrage {E} (marksmanship)
Favorable Winds (marksmanship)
Savage Shot (Marksmanship)
Dual Shot
Troll Unguent (Wilderness Survival)
Barbed Trap (Wilderness Survival)
Ressurection Signet
Mark of Pain (Curses)

Maybe not in that order, but thats what would be on my bar. My basic dea was to get out a Favorable Winds Spirit, drop a trap and pull a group into it. Mark of Pain followed by Barrage.

So I have a few questions.
Does Mark of Pain work well with Barrage?
Dual Shot seems like a weak link to me, any reccomendations?
What about the skills overall? Do I need stances?
Is it worth it to have a pet just to cluster enemies up some?
Lastly, is there anywhere earlier than Iron Mines of Moladune to cap this?

Distracting Shot, all of you damage comes from Barrage

Yes, take Whirling Defense and get rid of the trap

Only for certain solo builds, not in a real team

Yes, Pre-Searing Ascalon :P
To use Barrage effectively, you wont be able to put many points into Wilderness Survival. You'll need 13 Expertise and Marksmanship should also be as high as possible. Unless you have at least one superior rune, you wont be able to use MoP either.
