Holy strike is a waste and aftershock are a waste on a hammer warrior. Devastating, crushing, irresistable (spam it), frenzy, mighty blow, heavy blow, spring and rez--12+3+1 hammer, 12+1 strength
gladiator armor with knight boots (if the aborption is still global).

I think Frenzy in a PvP enviroment is abit crazy. It means you take double damage. So.. If you get a nasty ele spike on you, you wave goodbye to your win :P

I think you should uninstall.

There's a thing called stance cancelling. And a thing called not frenzying when someone is targetting you.

thats why frenzy warriors bring sprint weeping. you cant use two stances at once.
flurry is worthless unless you're IW, it does half damage.
