At 16 Restoration, It gave ~22-23 duration I beleive, and ~+35 armor.
It also has a 20 recharge, NOT 30 like all the Guru sources said. So it is possible to keep it up all the time. For the cost of no weapon/offhand - You get Warrior-calibur armor, and no Interuption. With energy management you can handle it. This is the only elite I bought for thr weekend. |
