W/E...which way should I go?
Hi,
I recently started a new character (W/E) and am now pretty far in the game and am trying to figure out which path my character will take. I was able to create two builds (one with axe, and one with sword). I set up the skills so that they would complement eachother in battle, and are presented in the order in which I would use them.
Flaming Axe:
(Axe, Str, Fire)
1. Conjure Flame 10E (for +dmg)
2. Flame Burst 15E (I know I only have 20E pooled, but I would cast conjure before a battle, so I would regen some energy for other skills)
3. Eviscerate 6A (for dmg and deep wound)
4. Axe Twits 8A (for dmg and weakness)
5. Ex. Strike 8A (for high dmg)
6. Swift Chop 5E (for non-ad attack)
7.?
8.?
Flaming Sword (my personal fav)
(Sword, Tactics, Fire)
1. Conjure Flame 10E (for +dmg)
2. Incendiary Bonds 15E (for dmg and fire to area)
3. Sever Artery 4A (bleeding)
4. Gash 6A (+dmg and deep wound)
5. Victory is Mine 5E (for +hp and +en)
this also gives me the option to go back to skills 1&2
or go on to the next skills.
6. Riposte 3A (block +dmg)
7. Final Thrust 10A (for high dmg)
8. To the Limit 5E (for +ad)
this allows me to either start the chain again or
go directly to skills 3-8 again.
Let me know what you think. I would very much like critism (energy or adreneline heavy)...both of these builds are hypothetical and I have not tested them.
Also, what equipment would be best with these builds?
Thanks

Try this one it is great on PvP but on PvE.....i didn't tested ov PvE yet but i think is gonna work
w/e sword build
sever artery/or deadly reposte if u want to farm warrior type monsters
gash
galthar slash
final thurst
armor of earth
ViM
healing signet
ress[if u don't go solo]
equipment:
a whatever sword i prefer ench last 20% longer
glad armor
and a shield wich give u 45+[while ench]
that's the best build for a non-gale war/ele [with my opinion]

Personally I would go for a point-blank area spell rather than incendiary bonds, since the idea is that you gather a group around you. Flame burst and Inferno both cast quicker than IB, another big plus if you are being interrupted.
I also like to bring a defensive stance so consider Bonetti's as a possible energy source. Using To the Limit to trade adrenalin for energy may be counter productive to a warrior wanting to use spells, but I see what you're doing with ViM.
If you're serious about using fire spells I'd get the collector +12 energy 20/20 artifact for the off-hand, with a shield in an alt slot for use if you need it. Glad armor + artifact = 39 energy pool and many more opportunites for using spells.
So maybe...
Weapon: 12 (11+1)
Tactics: 10 (6+4)
Fire Magic: 12
2 attack skills - sword or axe, your choice
Inferno
Flame Burst
Stance - Bonettis?
Conjure Flame
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet - if with other players
Here's another with fire + ice:
Warrior Elementalist Fire and Ice
Strength: 2 (1+1)
Swordsmanship: 12 (11+1) [or axe]
Tactics: 12 (8+4)
Fire Magic: 9
Water Magic: 8
AXE: - Cleave [Elite] (Axe Mastery) [or Eviscerate]
If this attack hits, you strike for +26 damage.
Adrenaline:4
SWORD: - Hundred Blades [Elite] (Swordsmanship)
Swing twice at target foe and foes adjacent to your target.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:8
- Bonetti's Defense (Tactics)
For 10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to "block" incoming melee attacks and arrows. You gain 5 Energy for each successful melee attack blocked. Bonetti's Defense ends if you use a skill.
Adrenaline:8
- Frozen Burst (Water Magic)
All nearby foes are struck for 68 cold damage and move 66% slower for 8 seconds.
Energy:15 Cast:0.75 Recharge:30
- Lava Font (Fire Magic)
For 5 seconds, foes adjacent to the location where this Spell was cast are struck for 19 fire damage
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:4
- Inferno (Fire Magic)
All adjacent foes are struck for 78 fire damage.
Energy:10 Cast:0.75 Recharge:20
- Healing Signet (Tactics)
You gain 130 Health. You have -40 armor while using this skill.
Energy:0 Cast:2 Recharge:4
- Conjure Flame (Water Magic)
Lose all Enchantments. For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a cold weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 10 cold damage.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:60
- Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0
Gladiator’s armor
Weapon with fiery damage
Fire or Artifact with +12 Energy
Second weapon set with bonus energy and -2 regen
Gather a group and fire off Frozen Burst + Lava Font + Inferno (needs 35 energy).

Actually you can have a warrior with no strength. Degen can be much more effective than pure damage, especially against creatures with high armor.
WHOOPS. Forgot to post one of my builds
9 Water
10 Strength (9+1)
16 Swordsmanship
Flurry
Hundred Blades
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Hamstring
Conjure Frost
Ice Prison (not quite necessary, but i use it for runners.)
Res sig.
Icy sword of Swordsmanship. Duelists helm. Glads rest.
Fun times. Good damage, good reliability.

Well fire can work nice in PVP. My set up:
Mark of Rodgort
Phoenix/Inferno
Victory is Mine! (E)
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Bonneti's Defense
NOTES:
-Preferred fiery hilt and fortitude pommel (max)
-To have Mark of Rodgort work, I have a fire offhand for energy
-Bonneti's and ViM are your only energy regen (since two pips for energy kinda sucks lol) but if you are waiting for energy just start on your adrenal skills
-Degen is BAD on this build, you'll just have to hope you make it with ViM lol (warn your monk on this so he'll be aware of your sudden drop)
-Mark of Rodgort is to be cast first and pop inferno/phoenix when energy is ready, dmg in this build is more of the degen of fire+bleeding with occasional spikes from your GS, FT, and inferno/phoenix
-I prefer inferno since it's a fast cast, but if you wanna take the risk in the extra dmg of phoenix, take it
I dont knwo about posting a PVE build for W/E..............It's easy enough to get by the game with just the war skills and playing around with the ele half is more of strategy. My PVE builds for W/E aren't so nice so there's another reason why i wont post them....................
