Another Monk Build
Heya guys, question about a build that i have made for the 4 vs 4 arenas. I started using this build after i farmed the heck out of Sorrow's Furnice. The build is a modified Bonder for PvP. Can you guys help me out with this because i have run out of ideas to use. I dont know if this is even a good build but please help me with some ideas and if you think this is a good build give me a thumbs up for it
The Basic Set up
Healing 12+1
Protection 9+3+1
Smite 1+1
Divine 9+1
Blood Rest
(both 15 att point quests needed)
I know that i am spreading my att points thin, but hear me out.
Blessed Signet - Signet. For each Enchantment you are maintaining, you gain 3 Energy,
Heal Party- Spell. Heal entire party for (Min: 16 - Max: 80) points.
Mending - Enchantment. While you maintain this Enchantment, target ally gains Health regeneration of +(Min: 1 - Max: 4).
Life Bond - Enchantment. While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target other ally takes damage from an attack, half the damage is redirected to you. The damage you receive this way is reduced by (Min: 3 - Max: 30) points.
Mend Ailment - Spell. Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, or Deep Wound) from target ally. That ally is healed for (Min: 5 - Max: 70) points for each remaining Condition.
Reversal of Fortune - Enchantment. For 8 seconds, the next time target ally would take damage, that ally gains that amount of Health instead, maximum (Min: 15 - Max: 80).
Balthazar's Spirit - Enchantment. While you maintain this Enchantment, target ally gains adrenaline and Energy after taking damage. (The amount of adrenaline gained increases depending on your rank in Smiting Prayers.)
Offering of Blood - (Elite) Elite Spell. Sacrifice 10% maximum Health. You gain (Min: 8 - Max: 20) Energy.
(START UP)
At the begining of the match you Life Bond Everyone first (3 enchants). Then you cast Balth Spirit on yourself (4 enchants). Then cast mending on yourself (5 enchants). At this point you have aprox 5 energy left from all the casting so you need to use blessed signet, and then offering of blood. Then cast mending on everyone else (8 enchants).
(During Battle)
at this point you should notice you have 4 degen in energy. That is not that hard to work with having Blessed Signet and Offering of Blood in your skill set. The beauty of this build is that if anyone on your team is hit with damage that the Life Bond counteracts then that reduced damage (most of the time 0) goes to you, and Balth spirit will give you 1 energy. So with this build you enchant everyone to 4 health regain and 50% (aprox) damage reduction. '
This is a fun build to me because of the energy management aspects. If you are not carefull and spend to much energy on a spell, or you wait to long to use blessed signet or offering of blood (be caerfull with the 5 energy cost ) all of your enchantments drop.
So at this point you usually kite the battle, and you are always on the run. Most of the time your entire energy bar is full because of Balth Spirit+Bond. It is possible for me after practise to spam Heal Party 2 times in a row regularly. Also we have reversal of fortune and mend ailment to throw to a party member when needed. Also in intensive battles where your team mates are getting hit (physical or magical) a lot by the other team your energy will be through the roof.
Also another nice thing about this build is you can run anywhere you want to with the team on the radar because with enchantments+heal party you can still be an effective healer at a long distance. Just remember to recharge your energy if the Bond+balt is not bringing in enough energy to balance the -4 degen in energy.
Anyone else have any interesting things to add to this build or change? So what do you guys think?
It is also possible to take mending off and have only 4 enchants running with Bond+balth still active, and replace mending with a large heal spell.
