I tried to search for the answer but didn't find anything
If I use a monk/warrior what offhands can I use?
Cause the -50 offhand has the Req of Blood.
If thats the only one then would my energy be really low?

Just because it has a req of blood doesn't mean you can't use it, you still get the -50 health even if you have 0 points in blood, and for that matter if you are a W/Mo (meaning have no option to put points in blood) then you still get the -50 health.

This is the ONLY -50 icon there is..

Even without meeting the requirements of the -50 offhand, you should still be able to end up with 40 energy or so. It's just enough for a solo monk to stay alive, along with Blessed Signet to help you out every little while.

It's just that the -50 req blood Idol looks shitty and I won't
be able use the main 6 energy from it.
Was hoping for something more useful.

There is only one like Linsys mentioned. It might look shitty, but if you want something better, then you will have more than 55 hp. You do not need extra energy either since Balthazar's Spirit (and in your case, Bonetti's Defense) will keep it up.

Yah I agree with Sno. You are much more likely to face degen/conditions in PvP as well as harsh spike damage and even a 55 monk can't handle 4-5 air spikers going at you.
